Rudy Stankowitz

Welcome to another episode of the Talking Pools Podcast, where your hosts, Rudy and Andrea, dive deep into the world of swimming pools with a splash of humor and a dose of reality. This episode kicks off with a light-hearted banter that quickly spirals into a venting session as Andrea shares her frustrations from a challenging day on the job. Rudy, ever the supportive co-host, navigates through Andrea’s tales of pool maintenance woes, leak detection escapades, and customer service nightmares.

As the episode unfolds, Andrea recounts a particularly aggravating incident involving a fiberglass pool that was not only leaking but also proving difficult to service due to its location. The conversation is raw and filled with expletives as Andrea vents her frustration over the situation, while Rudy provides comic relief and practical insights into the pool service industry. The dialogue captures the everyday struggles of those working in pool maintenance, offering listeners both relatable content and professional advice.

Amidst the troubleshooting and tales of leak detection, the podcast takes a more serious turn as Rudy and Andrea discuss broader issues impacting the pool industry, such as customer scams and the importance of safety measures. They blend technical advice with personal anecdotes, making complex topics accessible and engaging for their audience. By the end of the episode, listeners are left with not only a better understanding of the pool industry’s challenges but also the satisfaction of sharing in a communal rant with two seasoned experts.

Andrea (00:04.345)
Hey, I'm having such a great time right now.

Rudy (00:06.166)
Hey!

I can tell I don't know. Well, I can tell you guys this everybody listening more than first. Thanks for being here Thanks for tuning in. I'm Rudy Stankiewicz. We appreciate the heck out of you talking pools podcast, by the way but Andrea is the most pissed I've ever seen her. I would say she is in a heightened state of piss tivity Actually right now she's leveled up. She may have the top score for being pissed off period. So What the flunk?

Andrea (00:16.517)
What show is this?

Andrea (00:20.965)
Talking tools.

Andrea (00:30.83)
AHHHHH

Rudy (00:37.738)
See, I covered it up. I was gonna say fuck, but I didn't. What the fuck happened to you today?

Andrea (00:42.957)
Oh my god

Andrea (00:46.989)
Alright, we have to pause. Don't put this in the fucking episode. Hello? Can you hear me? I just dropped my fucking bowl and broke it. Alright, so this is not the most pissed off that I've ever been, but we're fucking close because I was just about to smoke because I haven't smoked and now I just dropped this bowl and it broke. Whoo!

Rudy (00:48.11)
Are you there? Hello, Andrea? Yeah, I hear you.

Rudy (01:02.454)
getting there.

Rudy (01:08.278)
Alright, but you can say you're not, you can repeat the part without talking about the bowl, so I can edit it out, but you can still say you're the most pissed off you've ever been, or on the way, or whatever. So try that again.

Andrea (01:17.728)
I'm real fucking aggravated right now.

Rudy (01:20.958)
Why? What happened?

Andrea (01:24.441)
Well, hey, I told you I was recording, bud. You're recording.

Thanks, now we gotta edit that out.

Rudy (01:32.878)
Is Wayne there?

Andrea (01:37.901)
piece of shit I swear to God hey so I'm super aggravated because I actually went so a couple weeks ago I got the impression that this pool was leaking

Rudy (01:40.942)
and that's a... BLOOPERS

Rudy (01:53.522)
in your leak's Suspection treatment.

Andrea (01:57.729)
Yeah, yeah that. So this is the fiberglass pool and it was installed by a certain company that kind of spams the groups. Not the greatest company that I've ever had that I've dealt with a personal experience. So this pool is leaking. It's a 2,000 gallon, 2,000 gallons. It's a tiny

Rudy (02:14.946)
Okay.

Andrea (02:27.723)
It's...

Okay, so I'm like it's leaking. It's not holding, it's not holding chemicals. I'm sorry. It's not holding chemicals and it's, it's not because of my job. I'm trying to pretend that it's my job that got me pissed off, but it's not. Um, but this is aggravating. So I get, so I'm like, it's leaking, it's leaking, it's leaking. So I don't hear anything about it. And today I get a text from

Rudy (02:33.398)
You are in a bad mood, I can tell. You're sitting there fuming.

Rudy (02:44.746)
I know, I got you.

Andrea (02:59.393)
I get a text from the girl in the office and she's like, hey, these people that you reported that it was leaking, they have had the pull off because they want to try to find the leak themselves. So when you get there, you can turn it back on. You got to turn the breaker on and go ahead and prime the pump. And I got so fucking mad. I got so fucking mad because for one, these people are trying to do this.

Rudy (03:20.223)
Okay?

Andrea (03:28.857)
phone fell. These people are trying to do this leak detection themselves because they don't want to pay for the leak detection. So they're playing leak detector and they decided they were gonna shut their pump off for however long. I don't I don't know how long it sat off for but this pool equipment is at least one building story above the pool.

Rudy (03:33.471)
Right?

Rudy (03:40.319)
Never good.

Rudy (03:54.346)
Oh, one flight up is the pump from the water. Oh wow, that's gonna be a bitch to prime.

Andrea (03:58.329)
Yes. So the pool is that the pools in the yeah, the pool is in the ground and you got to go up a flight of stairs to get to the equipment. And they're like, oh yeah, just go ahead and prime the pump. And I just got so, I just got so mad. I was like, why would they, like I ended, okay. So they're old people. Okay. I get it. You want to save money. You want to try and find the shit yourself, but you just let that sit pool. You just let that pool sit off for

Rudy (04:08.727)
Hmm.

Andrea (04:26.341)
for five days because I was there a week ago and the pump was running, so I know it was at least running on Friday. But now it's like, oh, just go ahead and prime the pump. You know, I don't have to explain it to you. Do you know how long it's gonna take? I went there and I sat there for 10 minutes and I gave up. I gave up, I said no. I said no, I said send a tech out and charge them.

Rudy (04:32.727)
Right?

Rudy (04:43.278)
I wanna know how long it took. Oh, so you couldn't... Oh wow, okay.

Fuck you. Prime your own pump. I'm out of here.

Andrea (04:56.249)
You want to do your own leak detection, prime your own pump. Like I had it set.

Rudy (04:59.638)
What you mean you were there 10 minutes trying, yeah. How many times?

Andrea (05:03.177)
I was there trying to prime it for 10 minutes. I was there longer than 10 minutes because this service the pool, but I was there for 10 minutes just trying to prime the pump and I got so aggravated that I said, fuck this. They want to play leak detection. They can play pump primer too because I had it set so where, because I think the leaks coming in from the skimmer. So I had the skimmers closed and it didn't seem like the pool lost as much water as it had been losing before.

Rudy (05:16.279)
Hmm.

Rudy (05:26.284)
Right.

Andrea (05:32.805)
So I don't know what the hell these, what this DIY, I don't know what this homeowner leak inspection, I don't know what they did. All I know is they let the pump sit off. So I'm assuming they probably did an on off test, like a 24 hour on 24 hour off test, I'm assuming. But like I said, I had it set up to where the pump wasn't gonna lose prime. And they let it lose prime and now they think that I'm just gonna stand there for upwards of 30 minutes.

Rudy (05:48.746)
Right? Okay.

Andrea (06:02.833)
trying to prime a pump that's 10 feet above the pump.

Rudy (06:06.986)
Wow. I feel for you. Wow. Now, was this one of the ones that you pointed out in your leak Suspection business?

Andrea (06:08.325)
So I wrote it up. I wrote it up and I said, I'm not doing this.

Andrea (06:20.649)
No, no, this was a- this one was actually one of the ones that led up to me making that joke. It's been a while- it's been a couple of weeks since I actually wrote up the leak detection, and so I didn't know really what was going on until I got the text of, oh go ahead and prime the- go ahead and prime the pump! Like, you go ahead and prime the pump! Like, no, that's like a two-person job!

Rudy (06:27.218)
Oh, okay.

Rudy (06:32.802)
Mm.

Rudy (06:42.43)
I gotcha. So I was thinking, because you've done your leak suspension for other facilities and so far you're like at a hundred percent accuracy, correct? Is that what you said? So I don't know, but I did decide and you're going to think I'm a bad friend, but I am far enough away from you that it shouldn't matter, right? So I was thinking you're so successful with your leak suspension. You're so successful with your leak suspension.

Andrea (06:53.705)
I am at 100% accuracy. Yes, can I be more than 100% accurate?

Andrea (07:05.94)
I know where you live. I know what city you live in.

Rudy (07:12.725)
I was gonna brand and build a leaked suspicion company.

I would be suspicious that there's a leak. So it doesn't really directly compete. You know, you suspect there's one, but I'm suspicious. You're suspicious. See, you suspect there's a leak. I'm suspicious of it. Different.

Andrea (07:18.393)
Yeah.

That's my hold.

No, that's my whole thing.

Hmm. Well.

Andrea (07:33.129)
Nope. No. No, because mine is... I am called Leak Suspection. Not Leak Suspicion. Suspection.

Rudy (07:36.56)
Hey!

Rudy (07:42.25)
Right. I would take suspicion.

Andrea (07:45.209)
So that covers, no, that covers suspicion.

Rudy (07:48.618)
I don't think it does in a court of law. I will have to look into this. Something we can do after the show. If anybody knows, hey, send us a heads up. There you go. Hey, J.E. Clear pools in Tampa. Who the fuck runs that? Do we know them?

Andrea (07:54.137)
Talkingpools at gmail.com.

Andrea (08:04.641)
J E clear? No.

Rudy (08:07.106)
J.E.Clear, that's the name of this pool company in Tampa, just hit the news yesterday that we have yet another person running around taking money, building half a pool, and then disappearing. So this one fellow here, this one fellow they had on the news, it's, yeah.

Andrea (08:18.553)
That sucks.

Andrea (08:23.633)
Go ahead, I'll wait till you're finished.

Rudy (08:25.558)
Now I was saying this one fellow they have on the news here, he actually has half a pool, he paid the guy, he has proof that he paid the guy, and the contractors came, the subcontractor, the concrete guy, came and threatened to put a lien on the guy's house because the pool guy never paid him after the homeowner paid him. So that had to get resolved. It looks like they were able to get the pool company to resolve it, but still, can you imagine that?

Rudy (08:55.766)
Are you with me?

Andrea (08:55.877)
Wait, say it again? Yeah, say it again. What happened? No, just clarify.

Rudy (09:00.29)
The guy paid, the guy paid for it, the guy paid, he has proof that he paid. J.E. Clear took the money. J.E. Clear apparently did not pay the concrete contractor because the concrete contractor showed up at the homeowner's house asking for the money or threatening to put a lien on it, on his home. I don't know if he actually showed up there or just called, but either way, that's what was going on. Now they went back and got this, the subcontractor, yeah. He was gonna put a lien on the homeowner's house.

Andrea (09:22.905)
And that's the subcontract.

Rudy (09:29.526)
because the contractor didn't pay him.

And the concrete work was done, just nothing else was. So the guy wanted his money, he has every right to his money, it's in this guy's backyard. I guess that is actually legal for him to put a lien on the price of that house. It is where the pool is, but, and then leave it for the homeowner to fight with the contractor to figure that out. But that's some shit that makes us all look bad. Apparently it's 10 different properties have complained to this one news station asking for help and trying to get their name here. Look there on the,

Andrea (09:34.426)
Mmm.

Andrea (10:02.161)
That sucks.

Rudy (10:05.006)
tells us that their licensing board will be reviewing two open company complaints against them. I wonder who this is. This is, oh, crap on a stick. That's not really crap on a stick. No, come on news people. You should be proud of who you are. Who you are.

Andrea (10:06.266)
What was that?

Andrea (10:18.033)
That's how my day went.

Rudy (10:31.91)
You not have the name of your shit on your Facebook page. Dingleberries. It is. I don't know who the hell they are, but it's the news, news 10 out of Tampa Bay. That's who they are. That's who broke this news story about J.E. Clay. Look, dude, get your shit together. You're making us look bad, right?

Andrea (10:37.573)
They don't want to be found.

Andrea (10:52.729)
Is that a thing that happened? Is that happening in other states or is that just a Florida thing? That's what I was gonna ask when I interrupted you. I know Tampa is in Florida, but I'm asking, is that, is the whole contractors being shady and taking people's money and digging holes and leaving half built pools, is that happening in other places or is that just us?

Rudy (10:57.75)
That was a f- I- You know, I don't see it-

Rudy (11:13.642)
It sure as heck seems like it's just in Florida, but maybe we're sheltered because we're in Florida and only getting Florida news. So again, reach out to the fan base or to reach out to everybody who's listening. Do you know if that's the case? Is this going on in your state if you're not in Florida? We wanna know, talk Give us a heads up. That'd be something interesting. I know, right? So.

Andrea (11:33.361)
TalkingPools at DreamHill.com.

Rudy (11:41.23)
You gonna make it?

Andrea (11:44.566)
Yeah, I'm sorry.

Rudy (11:46.456)
You're okay.

Rudy (11:54.786)
So good news out there, Clark County, this is in Las Vegas. The police department there has been given a grant so that they can gift away swimming lessons to children in the area, children in need.

Andrea (12:11.717)
That's cool.

Rudy (12:13.002)
Yeah, it is pretty neat. I'm trying to see who gave him the grant. Zephyr Chief, wait, Clark County Commissioner said, it's one of them, hold on a second. Clark County, it says Clark County did it. Yeah, it's pretty neat. That's a good story, that's uplifting, right? So teaching children to swim is critical, it's a lifelong skill. I'm quoting now Clark County Commissioner Jones. Teaching children to swim is a critical lifelong skill, it's key to preventing.

Along with always keeping a watchful eye on children anytime they are near the water, so that's pretty cool Talked about the fire department responding What information they need how quickly basically, you know just? Go with this patrol protect prepare Thing that they have going on, but neither case okay, so they receive $2,500 from the South Southern Nevada chapter of the International Code Council Okay

and they got that grant to be able to gift out swimming lessons. It looks like that Southern Nevada chapter of the International Code Council is donating a total of $20,000 out to eight different area government entities in order for them to all gift swimming lessons to children in need. So that's super, super cool, right?

Andrea (13:12.442)
Cool.

Andrea (13:35.265)
Yeah, that is really cool. I have a question. I kind of asked this in our group chat. And it's just something that I don't really hear too much about, so I don't mean to be like, oh, does this exist? Have we thought about speaking directly to the children about water safety? And I don't mean about swimming lessons. I mean about, you know...

Rudy (13:38.284)
Yeah.

Rudy (13:43.074)
Ahem.

Andrea (14:04.337)
staying away from the pipes. I had a commercial pool that the, why not?

Rudy (14:08.75)
Probably not.

Rudy (14:12.734)
I said probably not. I don't think there's anything out there like that.

Andrea (14:17.145)
Oh, I'm sorry. I thought I was like, are you saying we shouldn't do that? Like I totally was not. I was like, what? That's a great I think it's a good idea. No, but that's my thing, because I was thinking about what we talked about last week, about I know I was thinking about it, but I was thinking about, you know, the little girl in what was it, Austin, Houston, Texas, Houston.

Rudy (14:22.316)
Hahaha

Wow!

Rudy (14:30.518)
You should do it. Do it.

Rudy (14:39.574)
Houston again. Oh, yeah, it was Houston.

Andrea (14:42.885)
So I was thinking about her and I was thinking about the other kids and I'm thinking about the parents. I'm a parent, so I have kids. They're older, my kids are grown. Oh yeah, no that one, whatever, he's not my kid. He's someone else's kid. But no, I was thinking about like, you know, because kids play games in the pool. So like, what I was just about to say was I have a commercial pool.

Rudy (14:48.599)
Right?

apparently.

Rudy (15:04.15)
Okay.

Andrea (15:12.057)
And it has a dedicated back line because it's an old pool and they used to come with that. Now we're getting away from that. So we have it plugged. The facility, not us, not me, not my company, the facility themselves plugged it with a square plug and they didn't tighten it down enough. And so I went to clean the pool after a bunch of kids had been there and I found the plug floating around in the gutter, like they had undid the plug. And so I took my channel locks and I cranked that bitch down.

Rudy (15:21.965)
You heard that?

Rudy (15:26.978)
Okay?

Rudy (15:37.012)
Huh.

Andrea (15:40.649)
But that's my point is like, why don't we, yeah, I'm afraid I won't even be able to get it off. Why don't we direct our education attempts towards the actual children? And I don't mean scare them, but maybe they should be aware of the dangers and the hazards and the names of the kids that were taken away from us because...

Rudy (15:40.69)
Okay, good.

Rudy (15:59.891)
I think it's a great idea.

Andrea (16:08.245)
not through any, I'm definitely not victim blaming, but obviously accidents happen, entrapment is a thing. You get, there's five different kinds. You get hair entrapment, mechanical entrapment, clothing, jewelry, all those things, limbs. So why don't we, yeah, why don't we, why don't we just start talking directly to the kids? Because they're the ones playing with the pipes. They're the ones sticking their fingers in the grates.

Rudy (16:19.154)
Mm-hmm. Yep.

evisceration.

All right.

Rudy (16:32.182)
Well how do you do that?

Andrea (16:36.357)
They're the ones bumping the light fixtures out of, you know what I'm saying? Like, it's just a question.

Rudy (16:36.622)
So, look, it's a great idea, but you know what? One of the most expensive things in the world to do is to educate the public.

And are you there?

There you go. So can you hear me? Oh, I gotcha. One of the most expensive things in the world to do is to educate the public. That's the flaw. Then we have to figure out, well, okay, we're still gonna try anyway. What do we do? How do we get it out there? So we have that information. First thing I would do, I think, if that's what you're really interested in, get a hold of...

Rudy (17:21.846)
National drowning prevention With Adam over there get a hold of

Andrea (17:30.229)
I know Ipsa is doing. I don't know the details. I'm probably not allowed to talk about a lot. Oh yeah, Abby's Hope and Colin's Hope and the National Drowning Prevention Awareness, National Drowning Prevention Awareness Association, Colin's Hope and Abby's Hope. Drowning NDPA.

Rudy (17:33.486)
That means ho.

Rudy (17:39.571)
and the NDPA, exactly, Association of National Drawing Prevention Association.

Is there awareness in there?

I thought it was N-double-P-A. Yeah, 1A. So is it an association or an awareness? Doesn't matter, works both ways. Adam's over there, we'll get ahold of him. All right. I think, put together an idea, we'll present it. I'll call Adam, I know Adam well. If you don't know him at all, we can do an intro and we can talk to him and here's your idea and here's how we're going to run with it. What do you think? I don't know.

Andrea (17:56.177)
Is it one? Sorry, my bad. It's an awareness association. Yes, it's an association of awareness.

Andrea (18:11.493)
Okay.

Andrea (18:17.069)
I think we could do like a cute little cartoon that's not scary but also like important, you know?

Rudy (18:22.338)
fun? Well, you know, I saw a couple of years ago, maybe you've seen this too. What's her face? God, now I can't remember her name. I'm stuck. She was in the show with those people. She played Electra in Daredevil, the first one, married to Batman.

Andrea (18:42.785)
Batman? Are you talking about Jennifer Garner?

Rudy (18:44.19)
Yeah, what's her name? Jennifer Garner, yes. So years ago, a few years ago.

Andrea (18:48.369)
Batman? She's not married to- what Batman? She was married to Ben Affleck. He wasn't Batman. He was fandom.

Rudy (18:53.358)
played? No, he was Batman. In like three or four movies. Yeah, recently. Yeah. Anyway. I know I'm good on this one. It's factual. So here's the thing. A few years ago. A few more a few years ago, Jennifer Garner went viral across all social media platforms reading

Andrea (18:57.113)
Ben Affleck?

Really? Oh shit. All right, I won't question you. I trust you.

Andrea (19:09.185)
I figured you watch more movies than me, we're good.

Rudy (19:21.274)
a children's book, it was a bedtime story book, it was called, the title of the book was, I think it was, Go to Fuck to Sleep. It may have been shut up in Go to Fuck to Sleep, but neither case went viral.

Andrea (19:31.589)
That was-

Andrea (19:34.929)
Go the Fuck to Sleep was written by Samuel L. Jackson. That was the Samuel L. Jackson book. If she read it, that's, yeah, no, if she, I'm not arguing with you that she read it, but he's the author, Samuel L. Jackson is the author.

Rudy (19:40.823)
Really?

We read it on screen. No, she did. I didn't think she was the author. That's just how I know about it. I didn't know who the author was. So that's cool. So what about, stay away from the fucking pool pipes.

Andrea (19:52.305)
Mm-hmm. Now you do.

Andrea (19:57.413)
There you go. Stay away from the fucking pipes. Don't stick your fingers in the grates. Don't, you know, don't. Okay, here we go, cause you know what? And I'm gonna, I'm gonna borrow this information from a Facebook post that I saw. So if you are the one who commented this and you are listening to me say it, I did not, this is not my idea. This is somebody else's comment. Now I'm gonna forget what it was. Damn it. Oh.

Rudy (19:58.87)
Don't touch the fucking pool shit.

Rudy (20:04.287)
Exactly.

Rudy (20:22.926)
Okay.

Andrea (20:27.853)
No, like, pretend drowning, okay? Drowning games are not fun. So no pretend drowning, no, like, pretend like you're holding people's heads underwater. None of that bullshit. And also, one of the things that I did not realize was, and I cannot remember who told us this, where it might have been, I feel like it was Steve from Aquastar, but I don't know. I could be wrong.

Rudy (20:56.654)
Don't you know that you are an aqua star? And all the world will love you just the way that you are. An aqua star. I remember that was right before we tried to push you in the oven.

Andrea (21:00.487)
He was telling a story of two little girls that were doing handstands in a spa.

Andrea (21:09.496)
God.

Andrea (21:15.925)
Okay, yeah, so the two, the little girls were playing at, they were doing handstands and nearly got their hair caught in the drain of the spa. So stuff like that. Yeah, stuff like that. Like I used to do handstands all the time and one of my favorite things was letting my hair flow like I could, so I could pretend I was a fucking mermaid, you know, so like, yeah, so like tell these kids, like put your hair in a braid. Oh my God.

Rudy (21:17.654)
Hahaha!

Rudy (21:25.006)
scary, scary. Yeah, that's horrible.

Rudy (21:36.138)
Are you done this?

So being upside down and having something draw, being upside down and having your hair drawn into the spa main drain grate, you likened to being a mermaid. That's interesting.

Andrea (21:51.945)
No, I didn't. I did not. I did not. I said that is a hazard that can come from pretending to be a mermaid doing handstands in a spa. Stay away from the drains. Stay away from the plates.

Rudy (21:59.002)
It's all scary. Yeah, stay away from the greats. I agree. And I think that's a great idea. I think you should put together, put it all together, put together a plan on how to deliver it, and then talk to some of these people that are in positions that can actually help you with that. It's not a bad idea. Keep away from the pool equipment.

Andrea (22:13.869)
Because I feel like, because I feel like, yeah, all of the all of the education is geared towards the parents, which is fine. Obviously, that you know, that needs to that shouldn't stop. That's not what I'm saying. But like, let's also add like, hey, kids, you know how we warn them about strangers, right? We warn them about stranger danger. We warn them about all these other things. You know, let's throw pool safety and not just learning how to swim, but also just

Rudy (22:22.818)
Mm-hmm.

Rudy (22:29.163)
Well I know.

Rudy (22:37.954)
I think, I think that...

Andrea (22:44.36)
Only swimming.

Rudy (22:46.378)
I think AOAP has a children's book, like a picture book. So it might not be in the age group that you're looking at, but it's a good start. I think NDPA has one and I do also think Abby's Hope does. I don't know if Colin's Hope does or not. And I've not seen them, so I don't know how detailed, like a kid's picture book, you know? It's got a picture on one side and then one line. Oh, okay, there you go.

Andrea (23:04.165)
picture book.

Andrea (23:08.857)
I know that Ipsta has a coloring book. Ipsta has a coloring book, but I've actually never opened it to look in it. You know what, I will. Paulette, if you're listening, send me an Ipsta coloring book. I will just go to her house and put it.

Rudy (23:22.638)
So she's not answering my questions lately, but that's a whole different topic. Check this out. Horrible thing, worst possible case scenario. And I hate to stay on this subject, but it looks like we're going to. But two days ago, a family visiting, guess where they were visiting? Florida, Florida from Arkansas, rent a home. No, it's in Bradenton. So they rent a home.

Andrea (23:28.145)
Oh my God.

Andrea (23:41.509)
Disney.

Andrea (23:46.085)
Was it Disney?

No, okay. That's across the state for me.

Rudy (23:52.01)
I don't know if it's for the, I don't know if they're renting it for a weekend or any amount of time. Well, their 15 month old toddler wandered off and drowned in that pool. That is absolutely horrible. Awful, I can't imagine. People really, back to Andrea's point, back to all the other drowning prevention people's points, you know, follow this, pay attention. Watch your kid. I know they can slip away sometimes. Guess what? Put up a fence.

Andrea (24:01.631)
Oh no. It is.

Rudy (24:22.062)
Put up a pool fence. Don't rent a home that doesn't have a pool fence. How's that if you have a kid? I mean seriously. And...

Andrea (24:28.921)
Well, what about, so I know this, oh, now go ahead, I didn't mean to interrupt you if you were still going.

Rudy (24:33.314)
They give the address even for it too, I'm not gonna do that, but it says 15 month old drowned in a residential pool. Is that not, I mean, that's the worst thing we ever wanna hear. We work on pools because in our minds, they are for fun. We do not wanna ever hear that there's been an injury like what happened to Doubletree, what happened here. I know a Swimpley home a year ago had a drowning in it. The family, and the people were in the house and the family rented it and somebody drowned in the pool. It's the most awful thing.

It's get these things, this type of stuff makes it worse. Rental properties, vacation homes, Swimpley pools, if they're not equipped with the correct barrier safety requirements for a pool, the layers of protection, they should have all of them. Yeah.

Andrea (25:03.347)
I do it.

Andrea (25:19.161)
Rudy, let me tell you that I do a couple Airbnb's right now currently, hold on, right now currently as we speak and I will just tell you that when I show up to this pool that's an Airbnb so I can tell when the homeowners have been there and cleaned the place up and when there's a renter, you know how I can tell.

Rudy (25:30.987)
Yeah.

Andrea (25:45.265)
the baby gate's moved, the baby gate is taken down. So the renters come, yeah, the homeowners put the gate up and have the gate up, and when there are renters there, the gate is always in a pile in the corner, always.

Rudy (25:49.324)
Oh really?

Rudy (26:00.562)
Mr. Tally man, tell me banana the renters come and they take the gate down Hey, you say hey, we say hey, we say hey, you know, that's horrible. Okay So guess what? Donald McPherson cleared of his wife's murder

Andrea (26:07.269)
They do.

Rudy (26:21.174)
This is only, when the heck did this happen? Six hours ago, six hours ago. Who is it? Donald Mc, just a normal person, middle-aged guy, cleared of his wife's murder. Apparently she was found drowned in the swimming pool on a vacation. Drowned in a swimming pool on a vacation. Friends of this woman who drowned said that this lady would never get into a swimming pool. How crazy is that? So that's why they were looking at.

Andrea (26:23.889)
Who's that?

Andrea (26:37.331)
Sorry.

Andrea (26:48.558)
Like at all.

Rudy (26:50.294)
Yeah, that's why they were looking at the guy because she would never go in she didn't even like to get wet So they convicted the guy right? 50 years old he took out. Oh Apparently he had also taken out millions of euros worth of this is in England I guess millions of euros worth of secret life insurance policies on his wife. That doesn't make it look bad

But then people started to say he drowned her in the pool and it looks like they convicted her for him, but the court, he had another court hearing and they actually called him Walter Mitty. So because he had changed his name so many times, that's what it says. Is this for real? Hold on a second. So the guy has changed his name over his life multiple times. He's had 32 convictions and spent spanning 15 years in three different countries.

and his previous wife and child died.

Where does it say that? Hold on.

Andrea (27:48.869)
Suspiciously? Mysteriously?

Rudy (27:53.574)
Hmm

Andrea (27:54.597)
Who is this person? Why are we talking about? Oh, because she in the pool. I'm sorry. I sorry.

Rudy (27:56.814)
He, because we're talking about she was found dead in a pool and they think she, yeah, thinks she used the pool to kill him, kill her. So 32 convictions spanning 15 years in three countries. His previous wife and child died in a house fire.

Andrea (28:15.281)
Hmm.

Rudy (28:16.266)
So, he claimed to be blah blah, who really cares? I don't know why they let him loose. My phone's not letting me play now. I think the battery's about to drop dead. So, that's okay. So, another guy.

Andrea (28:27.409)
Well, that is very sus.

Rudy (28:31.498)
That is sus, but apparently he was let go. They didn't, I guess they didn't have sufficient evidence to keep him because of it. It just really looks very, very shady, especially with his background. 32 prior convictions, last family burned to death in a house. Oh my God, that's fucked up. So on a different note, there's a guy in Florida. A Florida man.

Andrea (28:55.281)
I was just gonna say we can stay on that subject if you want, because I just heard this, no, this will take 10 seconds, okay? And this kind of goes along with that. And this is just as a warning to everybody in this industry that goes to someone's house, okay? If you go to a person's house and you are on their property, listen to this story, it'll take 10 seconds. An Uber driver was fucking...

Rudy (29:02.85)
Go. Do it. Okay?

Andrea (29:23.109)
murdered and dismembered At his last fucking stop for the night Okay, his luck and this happened in Florida by the way. This was in holiday, Florida It was that like almost 7 p.m. He texted his wife and he was like, hey, this is my last stop I just got this one last delivery and then I'll be home 715 she hadn't heard from him. And so she started to call the police. They like got involved right away. Thank God and but they

Rudy (29:27.34)
Oh my god.

Andrea (29:52.645)
found his remains in garbage bags in the suspect's... on the... like in the backyard. So this guy fucking just... and they... and the... the sheriff said that they... um... I was gonna post this on Facebook, but they said that they... they got a video from one of the guy... the suspect's roommates. And it's like a Ring Cam footage or some kind of security cam footage. And all you see is the victim with his...

Rudy (30:17.771)
Oh no, okay.

Andrea (30:21.081)
fucking delivery bag walking up to the house. And then that's basically it. You don't see anything else. And then 24 hours later, his body is found in multiple garbage bags. So be careful, be careful. I was literally about to start Uber Eats driving and like door dashing just to kind of like, you know, get some side cash, but holy shit, now I'm scared. But then also like,

Rudy (30:35.467)
Um...

Rudy (30:44.407)
Right?

Andrea (30:49.593)
We're also going into people's backyards on a daily basis. People don't get murdered at night. You know, that shit's crazy. Be careful, stay safe out there, people.

Rudy (30:52.62)
Oh yeah.

Rudy (30:56.35)
It is. So just jumping back to this Walter Mitty guy, not Walter Mitty, Mr. McPherson, the McPherson guy. No, no, you're fine. You're good. That was a good story. I'm glad otherwise sometimes I know I sometimes forget things. Yeah.

Andrea (31:01.05)
Sorry.

Andrea (31:09.269)
You get complacent because you're like, Oh, I know this guy. I know this person. It's like,

Rudy (31:13.558)
But here, check this out. So the guy, the judge convinced the jury that there was not enough evidence to safely convict him for accidental death. So as an accidental death, so yeah.

Andrea (31:23.661)
Yo, hold on. Someone just knocked at my door.

Andrea (31:31.713)
and they're yelling at my fucking door. Hold on.

Rudy (31:34.417)
Somebody's ringing the bell. Do me a favor, open the door. Let him in.

Andrea (31:48.593)
Hi. Hi, how are you? Great. My name's Steve, I'm with AT&T. Oh. We just installed. No, thank you. Bye. Did you know about the one?

Rudy (31:49.678)
Fill in, Charlie.

Rudy (31:58.413)
I'm leaving that in.

Rudy (32:03.302)
That was awesome. It's staying in. Alright, so anyway jumping back to this McPherson guy. Apparently the judge told the jury, the judge told the jury there was not enough information to safely convict as an accidental death. So there you go. Apparently the guy took off. He's in the South Pacific. It doesn't look like anybody knows where he is, but he has been cleared of this.

Andrea (32:11.088)
That's okay.

Rudy (32:28.838)
his lawyers their big argument the wife was five foot five she was standing in four foot of water she didn't want to drown she could have just stood up

Andrea (32:37.157)
That's not true.

Rudy (32:38.742)
That's what it says in the paper. So.

Andrea (32:41.709)
Wait, I'm sorry, can you go back? Can you go back? I was distracted by this AT&T motherfucker. No, go back, go back like two or three sentences.

Rudy (32:44.642)
This is the, uh...

No, go back to where? To the beginning?

Rudy (32:56.158)
Okay, so the judge said there was not enough information to safely convict this guy. So there wasn't enough, right, there wasn't enough evidence. Right, there wasn't enough evidence to convict this guy, right? He's now gone, he's in the South Pacific somewhere, nobody knows where he is, at least that's what they think. And his lawyers leading up to this overturned conviction argued that the wife was five foot five, she was in four foot of water, if she didn't wanna drown, she could've just stood up.

Andrea (33:03.361)
Because if she was in shallow water, she could have stood up. I see.

Andrea (33:15.929)
and this is the husband.

Rudy (33:25.898)
Wow. That's the most ridiculous. That's the glove don't fit shit right there.

Andrea (33:26.017)
I see. I got the full story. Wow, yes.

Andrea (33:34.473)
That's the kind of shit where you hope the lawyers get their karma for that, you know?

Rudy (33:38.85)
I'm just like, oh my God, ridiculous. So.

Rudy (33:45.358)
What are you gonna do? You know where Belvedere is? Is that near us somewhere? It's another Florida place, isn't it? Belvedere?

Andrea (33:51.463)
Belvedere, yeah, that's south of me. That's a road. Is that a city?

Rudy (33:55.15)
So there's this wingnut that lives in Belvedere. There's this wingnut that lives in Belvedere. They give his name too, so we're just gonna call him Edward. But this guy Edward, so he lives in the village of Belvedere, right? So he calls law enforcement at three in the afternoon. He's upset that his ex-wife was in the swimming pool at the facility that he lives in, right? Because he has, or there's a restraining order against him.

where he can't be within 500 feet of her. So he calls, apparently, I don't know if he wants to use it and she's in it or if he's just upset that she's there at all, but so the police come, they go down there to talk to the woman who promptly turns around with her camera phone and shows pictures of the guy standing at the fence. So who got within 500 feet of who? The dude gets arrested.

Andrea (34:28.365)
and he wants to lose the pool and she's in it.

Andrea (34:57.073)
Can you back that one up again too? I'm sorry, no, no. It's just, my brain is in a very chaotic state. Sometimes when I listen to podcasts, I have to hit the 15 second back button like 25 times, but multiple times. Go ahead.

Rudy (34:57.654)
You got nothing, do you?

Rudy (35:05.622)
Belvedere.

Rudy (35:11.774)
All right, villager in Belvedere named Edward, he's old, like 63. So he lives in the village of Belvedere, he calls law enforcement at 3 p.m. this past Sunday afternoon. He tells them that they need to get out there and arrest his wife because she had intentionally come, she's intentionally come within 500 feet of him, but after the deputy gets out there and reads the paperwork,

Andrea (35:14.778)
Uh-huh.

Mm-hmm.

stop at me.

Uh huh.

Andrea (35:29.288)
X, Y.

Rudy (35:39.658)
Well, after the deputy gets out there, he goes down and talks to the woman in the pole, she's gonna take him away. She promptly shows pictures of the guy.

promptly shows pictures of the guy standing at the gate. So basically here after the deputy, now once the deputy read the paperwork, he realized that it was a little backwards. This guy doesn't have a restraining order against her. She has one against him. So guess who got arrested?

Andrea (35:52.729)
harassing her.

Andrea (36:02.161)
Mmm.

Andrea (36:06.254)
He got arrested.

Rudy (36:07.922)
Yup. Dude, I get it. No, yeah, yeah. I mean, that's exactly the correct thing to do. I'm 100% on board with that. But message to the guy, stay in your fucking house, man. Who cares? Really, I get it, I get it. You know what? Let her go, dude, let her go.

Andrea (36:09.145)
Yay! The justice system does work sometimes!

Andrea (36:21.744)
Hehehe

Andrea (36:27.985)
It's crazy people, man. They're just crazy. They just do that stupid shit.

Rudy (36:30.286)
Seriously, if somebody doesn't want to be with you, they don't want to be with you, just stay the fuck away from them. That means in a house with a mouse, in a box with a fox, at a school, in the pool, the whole nine. Ha ha ha.

Andrea (36:45.121)
Hey, can we take a two minute break so I can go pee? I know we've been through a lot.

Rudy (36:49.686)
what time it is. I think we're good. Why don't we just bring it to an end?

Andrea (36:51.821)
536.

Andrea (36:55.349)
Well, can I just go pee real quick?

Rudy (36:58.849)
Okay, go, run.

Andrea (37:27.835)
See how fast that was? You didn't even know I was gone.

Rudy (37:28.33)
Okay. I didn't even realize it. I looked up and there you were. I mean, you were there and then you were there again, like the flash.

Andrea (37:34.329)
Yep. And that was, yes. It's a skill.

Rudy (37:38.998)
You have these superhero powers. Well, you are like to flash, didn't you do 27 pulls the other day? Something like that? You gotta be booking. Were they all screened in pulls?

Andrea (37:46.113)
Yeah, yeah, I did. That was nuts.

Andrea (37:52.057)
They were not all screened in pools. They were also not all in the same neighborhood. They were not on the same street. Now, before everybody freaks out.

Rudy (37:59.498)
Wow. How do you do it? Now let me ask you. I'm gonna ask you point blank. How do you do it? Because that's what people want to know. How do you do 27 pulls in a day without it being splash and dash?

Andrea (38:05.121)
Okay, go ahead. How did I do it? What day was this again? Was it a Friday?

Rudy (38:12.866)
Doesn't matter. 27 in a day without being flesh and dash. I think it was last Thursday or Friday. Yeah.

Andrea (38:19.441)
I think it was Friday. Okay, so to answer your question, did I splash and dash? Let's define splash and dash before I answer that question.

Rudy (38:28.202)
No, no, no. That's not my question. My question is that, my question, because I didn't accuse you of doing a splash and dash. My question was, is how do you do this without it being a splash and dash? Now you can go ahead and define that. I just want to be clear, I wasn't accusing you of shit show.

Andrea (38:38.159)
Well this is

Andrea (38:42.101)
No, no, you can't do it without splashing and dashing. But that's why I wanted to define it because I feel like a splash and dash is literally like just a chem stop or even sometimes not even testing. And you're just throwing in a jug of chlorine or acid or both or whatever. Now I did not do that to any of those pools. I did not splash and dash according to that definition.

Rudy (39:01.198)
Okay.

Andrea (39:07.101)
I netted every single pool, I put my net in every single pool, I put my test kit in every single pool. Did I put my vacuum in every single pool? No, did I vacuum the ones that needed to be vacuumed? Absolutely, and I also vacuumed all the picky people that didn't need to get that vacuumed, but they're picky. Now, sometimes the picky people don't need to get vacuumed, but you still got to vacuum them anyway.

Rudy (39:23.63)
The picky people. Huh.

Andrea (39:31.697)
Did I get a single fucking complaint? Also, there's the question. Did I get a single complaint? No, that was the first fucking time in any Friday that I did not come back into work Monday with, ah, you didn't vacuum, you didn't blah, okay, so legitimately I did 27 pools, I kept everybody happy, I did not splash and dash, meaning that I did not just throw in chemicals and leave. So,

Rudy (39:32.334)
Gotcha.

I have no idea.

Rudy (39:48.014)
But listen, listen here, just doing the math.

Andrea (40:00.961)
Every pool got a net, every pool got a test, and every pool that needed a vacuum got a vacuum. So that's how I did it. I just did it really fast.

Rudy (40:06.786)
Cause you, you must be like Wonder Woman. Cause right here, looking at the numbers that you gave, okay, it is possible, but you said they were in different neighborhoods. Just in 15 minutes of pool alone is, you're not helping your case. 15 minutes of pool alone is 6.75 hours without any travel time.

Andrea (40:18.865)
Two different cities.

Andrea (40:24.536)
I know.

Rudy (40:32.034)
So how many hours did this take you when you're out there 10? If you're out there 10 hours, okay, and they were somewhat close together, I can see just having a group, yeah.

Andrea (40:36.341)
If this was, so they were somewhat close. They were not like super far, but they definitely weren't like in the same, you know, you can, you can, I can bang out 30 pools if they're in the same neighborhood and I only have to make six turns, you know, that's fine. I can definitely do that. These were a little bit more spread out. A lot of them weren't together. You know, they were, they were, like I said, they were somewhat spread out. They were somewhat close.

Rudy (40:55.499)
But you said these were not

Rudy (41:04.267)
Right?

Andrea (41:05.473)
It was a combination of two different routes. Also, let me just say, go ahead.

Rudy (41:12.648)
And you did not intentionally skip a needed step, correct? At not one of the 27, you did not intentionally skip a needed step.

Andrea (41:18.506)
I told-

Andrea (41:23.153)
correct and needed step. Everything that needed to get done got done. So I even brushed algae at some of these pools. Now here's what happened. So I'm just, you know, some of these days blend together. You know, it's just doing that many pools is crazy. I did have a cooler. Did I have my cooler yet? Maybe I didn't have my cooler. I don't know. I made sure that I didn't have to stop for food too many times. So what I did was I got my food in the morning.

Rudy (41:27.698)
Okay. Hmm.

Andrea (41:53.113)
And then I got enough that so that I had snacks and I had drinks and shit. So I didn't have to keep stopping. Um, I didn't sit and scroll through Facebook on my phone, which come on. Everybody does that. I eliminated that little bit of time. So you just eliminate. You know, a couple of steps here. One of the things that the lady who trained me told me from the very fucking beginning, all those 22 years ago.

Rudy (41:59.755)
Right.

Andrea (42:21.433)
was that everything that you do when you're cleaning pools is one step. And I don't necessarily mean like you're using your foot and you're going one foot and from the other as a step, although that does count too. So the more steps that you can eliminate or combine or reduce.

Rudy (42:40.69)
I agree there's ways that you can speed it up. Definitely for sure. I just know that I asked you the questions because I know people.

Andrea (42:43.937)
Yes, that's what I did. I did everything that you could possibly do to speed things up, that's what I did. I didn't sit in my truck, I didn't stop for lunch 600 fucking times like I normally do. Also, I didn't touch any valves. Yeah, I didn't touch any fucking valves, all right? Don't touch valves, because if you touch a valve, you're gonna lose prime, you're gonna get some kind of fuck bubble, it's gonna be an issue. Don't touch valves.

Rudy (42:55.903)
No taco for you. So an iguana lives today! YAAAHAAAA

Andrea (43:12.533)
Okay, and now let's go back unless it needs to be done. If it doesn't need to be done, don't fucking touch it.

Rudy (43:16.805)
Did you open? But if it needed it, you did it.

Andrea (43:21.293)
If it needed it, I did it. Did I clean any filters? I'm trying to remember. I don't think I did because I had them all taken care of.

Rudy (43:27.766)
Now, if you said you cleaned filters too, I would call it bullshit, but right now, I mean, like I said, I'm not, this isn't an accusation, I just know people listening are gonna have these questions, and hey, you know what, if you can learn something from it, cool, I bet you they did. I can tell you that I cannot do that, what you did. I'm not gonna doubt you, I'm just gonna say, even at my best, I wasn't doing, it would be a 20 hour plus day.

Andrea (43:31.669)
Yeah, I don't, I didn't clean any filters.

Andrea (43:39.029)
Oh, everybody on the thread when I posted it had something to say. Yeah.

Andrea (43:49.347)
It wasn't-

It wasn't easy.

Rudy (43:56.974)
for me to do 27.

Andrea (43:57.613)
And did I say what time I started? So I got to, did I did not? I got to my first, so my first pool on my Friday route is the commercial pool. So I was able to get there at, I think I got there between six and 6.30 at my first commercial pool. So I did, so that means I left my house at like 5.15 in the morning.

Rudy (44:00.426)
You did not.

Rudy (44:26.306)
Hmm. So we bunch of, so you had a really, you know.

Andrea (44:27.173)
So I left my house at 515, got to the shop while it was still dark, first person there, started my commercial at 630. I finished late, it was like 430 or five.

Rudy (44:33.494)
And what time finished? Yeah.

Rudy (44:41.354)
Okay, so that's a good what? Oh, 10 hours. Yeah, so that's 10 hours. Yeah, all right, that's cool. So basically this week.

Andrea (44:43.469)
I worked a whole ass day. It's not like I got done at 12. Yeah.

Andrea (44:52.345)
Challenge time. Watch your kid and challenge.

Rudy (44:54.103)
Watch your kid. Best prevention to drowning. Teach your kid to swim. Go with the levels of layers of protection, your barrier requirements, right? Alarm on the sliding glass door. Safety fence. Pool cover. Alarm in the pool. All those things. Andrea's stay the fuck away from the pipe book.

Andrea (45:07.63)
All of it.

Andrea (45:12.417)
And I'm gonna add a layer. I'm adding a layer.

Andrea (45:19.001)
I'm adding a layer. These kids need to learn from like.

Rudy (45:21.481)
You think we can get Jennifer Garner to read yours?

Andrea (45:27.033)
You know what, if we tried, I would make something extra special just for her to read and agree with. To get this out there. Yeah, no, but for real, I'm adding a layer. Teach your kids about water safety that doesn't involve just swimming.

Rudy (45:32.898)
Aw, there you go. So Jen Garner, if you're listening, I know.

Rudy (45:43.422)
I know Jen Garner doesn't listen often to the Talking Pools podcast, but if you know Jen Garner, definitely tag her, let her know that we've got a request, we've got something going on, we want to save lives. I moved to, yeah, I'm leveling up. But now I forgot where I was going, but you know what? Hey, tag Jen, you want to get in on this? We're going to save children around the world, keep them away from these pipes, and you know what? You get to be part of it. How cool is that? And outside of that.

Andrea (45:53.153)
Oh, you're on a gen, you're on a gen basis.

Andrea (46:04.246)
Let her know, tiger.

Andrea (46:11.377)
Keep them away from the pipes and don't let them play drowning games.

Rudy (46:15.95)
Correct. Watch your kid, supervise your children, layers of protection. If your wife drowns in a shallow... If you're gonna be in some kind of a legal battle, get those lawyers that got this guy off by saying his wife couldn't drown because she could stand up in the water. Get a hold of that team of lawyers, because they must be fucking amazing in order to make that fly and get the judge to overturn a conviction. So we got that going on. And then, you know what?

Andrea (46:22.39)
Andrea's new coloring book.

Andrea (46:35.39)
Yeah, seriously.

Andrea (46:43.437)
I mean, but then there's that problem with our grocery.

Rudy (46:46.21)
Just because somebody's in a pool, just because somebody's in a swimming pool, that does not void your order of protection. If there's an order of protection against you, it's not the movie freaking unbreakable. So she's in the water, she still has power. Stay the fuck away.

Andrea (47:06.765)
Yeah. And be careful going to people's houses. Be careful going to people's houses. And don't swim with people. Yeah, it really is. I think that eclipse energy, not to like play too much into that silly bullshit, but like, wow.

Rudy (47:08.442)
Andrea? So a lot of stuff going on out there. Dude, the world is such a weird place.

Rudy (47:18.102)
This is like every single one of these we talked about. Oh yeah. And the dude, if you take, Hey, pool people, if somebody is listening, who does this, then you know what, you're not our kind of listener. Don't take money from people and don't do the, and not do the fucking job. That's kind of screwed up. That's not good for anybody. That gives everybody a bad name. Cause now over there in Tampa, guess what? Blowing up how pool service, pool builder companies can do this. I mean, we don't want it either way. Pool service, pool build.

Andrea (47:35.21)
Yeah!

Andrea (47:45.317)
Well, a lot of it was already from Tampa, right? A lot of the shit happened in Tampa already. There was some of it that happened here because I know the company that I worked for previously actually fixed some of the pools from those people that actually went to jail. I can't remember any of the names. But yeah, tighten the fuck up everybody.

Rudy (47:51.551)
Yeah!

Rudy (48:03.022)
But do us a favor, and if you're in another state, if you're in a different state other than Florida, because all the news ever says that I can see is that it happens in Florida, we'd like to know if it happens in other places too, or are we just gifted, you know, in a special way? That's all I have for this week. Hopefully you're good. Hopefully you're doing well. Hopefully you enjoyed this podcast. We appreciate you. Give us some love. Like it, share it, comment.

Andrea (48:21.713)
I think both.

Rudy (48:33.066)
Say nice things, Andrea.

Andrea (48:37.933)
Yeah, I mean, don't let your customers do their own leak detection. I know that you can't force people to approve things and pay for things that they don't want to pay for, but I wish. I wish. And you know, I hope that there's just people out there that learn from this. Like I said, you can't force people to pay for things. But like...

Rudy (48:49.238)
But can you, can you taste them?

Yeah.

Rudy (49:01.614)
I'm gonna come out with this. I'm calling it the pool buddy.

Andrea (49:06.609)
Call them idiots or something, you know? Like...

Rudy (49:12.266)
Now I'm coming out with my own special line of tasers, my own special line of tasers that'll be carried by pool service professionals. So, and it's gonna, we just have to come up with a good name for it so we can market it well.

Andrea (49:12.589)
I'm just kidding, kind of.

Andrea (49:20.025)
I like it.

Rudy (49:28.262)
Oh, same name as your book! Don't touch the fucking pipe! Same as your book, don't touch the fucking pool equipment. There you go. We just all ages.

Andrea (49:30.317)
Something that shoots tabs or something.

Andrea (49:37.087)
No, we should have something that shoots cow hypotaps at people.

Rudy (49:43.146)
There you go. Until next time, be good, be safe.

Andrea (49:44.497)
because you know people are soggy.

Andrea (49:50.325)
And don't knock on my door if you're AT&T. Thanks, bye!
